Chertsey

After a quick breakfast in Savio House, Don Ángel travelled south stopping off firstly in Chertsey to meet the SDB community for lunch. Then off to Salesian College Chertsey where he blessed the renovated hall during a short service after which he mingled with staff, guests and pupils. Fr Dickson then escorted him to Royal Holloway University where he had a tour of the college and met with students from the chaplaincy, his question often the same “How does being with Salesians make a difference, what does it mean to you?” In the evening Don Angel gave the sermon at Mass and then met with the Co operators. He was overwhelmed by their presence and took time to meet each one to personally thank them for their service to Don Bosco.
